Refund policy

You have 28 days to notify me if you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase of the order.

To start a return, you must contact me at info@annefortin.co.uk before returning any items. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return or exchange has been accepted. I recommend to request a proof of postage from your courier, and ideally choose a tracking service. I can't be held responsible if the item gets lost in the mail or damaged in transit.

My products are fragile so the items need to be securely packaged, otherwise they are likely to get damaged, and I won't be able to issue a refund. Check with your courier that the proof of postage will cover you for lost or damaged goods.

You are responsible for the cost of returns, unless the wrong item was sent or arrived damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised items can't be returned as they were made just for you and can't be resold. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
